before going to download atorrent first u should get a torrent download manager like mtorrent
follow the link to get mtorrent software

go to google search for torrent which u want
ex= if u want blade movie type in google search box as '' blade torrent''
it will give list torrent sites which contain the movie
then select a site
there u will be given a link there name ''download torrent'' press it u will download a torrentfile
if u double click the file
ur torrent downloadmanager will open
click ok button
ur manager starts downloading automatically
